  About Our Chapter

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest student business organization in the world. At Adum K-8, our FBLA chapter provides middle school students with the opportunity to explore careers, build leadership skills, and prepare their future through engaging activities, competitions, and community service.  
 

 
Mission Statement:  
FLBA inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through career preparation and leadership experiences.

Membership Information
FBLA is open to all middle school students at Adum K-8 who are interested in leadership, business, or career exploration.  
  •  Dues: $50 (includes district, state and national membership)  
  •  Benefits of Membership:  
  •  Compete in district, state, and national events
  •  Develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  •  Networking opportunities
  •  Gain real-world business experience
 
Upcoming Events and Key Dates
  •  October 1 – 30th – Blazers for Business Fundraiser (donate professional attire for competitions)  
  •  October 25, 2025 – District Fall Leadership Conference at Al Lopez Park
  •  December 19 – Skate with the Grinch Fundraiser (Proceeds go to students traveling to State Competition)  
  •  January 21st District Awards Ceremony
  •  February 8 – 14th FBLA Week  
  •  March 12 -15 FBLA State Leadership Conference at Hilton, Orlando
  •  June 29 – July 2nd – FBLA National Leadership Conference in at San Antonio, Texas
 
Our Aviator FBLA students are making an impact!  
  •  Last year, several members placed in District 9 competitions.  
  •  Chapter members have represented Adum K-8 with excellence at leadership events on and off school campus.  
  •  This year, members are launching a new initiative to bring awareness to Alzheimer’s Disease.
