The link above will bring you to a detailed instructional page for the new Hillsborough County Athletic Eligibility Program. Please review the entire document to ensure your student is eligible to participate for any Adum Athletic Sports Team.
Two important reminders:
-Students must have a Sports Physical (EL2) that covers the entire season of the sport. Example: Basketball must have a physical that is good through mid September. A Sports Physical is good for a Calendar Year, not School Year.
-All Paperwork is submitted electronically and must be approved by the APA, prior to tryouts for any sport.
